Please note that the official working days in Creativity is open Monday to Saturday. Sundays, holidays, and official holidays are off for all Creativity employees and shipping companies.

Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and that's why we've simplified the shipping and delivery process for you, because your comfort is our priority.

Delivery method at Creativity means delivery within the UAE within two working days, depending on your geographical area. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery outside the UAE takes between 5 and 7 working days.

The item must be ordered well in advance of the desired delivery time to allow the delivery team sufficient time to prepare it, taking into account the order time (it should not be late) and the company's operating hours. Additionally, some items require more preparation time, potentially up to a day or several days, depending on the nature of the product.

For urgent requests, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.

You will be asked to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the products as shown. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of anyone present at that address will be considered as your receipt of the order.

If we arrive at the registered address and no one is there, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time. The company will not be responsible for any order that remains undelivered for more than 3 days from the initial delivery date. Please note that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time on two separate occasions, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery fees are AED 25 per order within the UAE.

Important information about delivery -

The applicant is required to sign a receipt for the purchases.

Creativity guarantees the safety of your order from theft and damage the moment it leaves the store. Until the moment of delivery. The Creativity Company and the delivery company are not responsible for the product after the delivery receipt has been signed.

Shipping is handled by several companies to various regions within the United Arab Emirates.

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is placed. Creativity is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processing by the orderer.

Additional fees will be added to the shipping cost of the order if the delivery location is located in a remote area or outside the available delivery range.

If you wish to cancel and exchange your order, please go to the Returns Policy page and follow the steps mentioned there.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, it should not be received.

If you receive your order after it has been cancelled, you will bear all return shipping costs, subject to the return policy outlined.
